If you aren’t able to connect to your Smart Track, there are a few things you can try to resolve the issue.
1. Restart the app.
2. Disable and re-enable Bluetooth® on your device.
3. Restart your device.
4. Unplug the Smart Track, wait 10 seconds, plug it in again.
Try opening the Smart Track app after each of these steps, as any one of them may resolve the issue.
